If you choose to travel in the winter, the house is only 10 minutes from the Diamond Peak Ski Area and 15 minutes from Mt. Rose (with Tahoe's highest base elevation of 8250').  If you choose to go in the summer, you will have access to three wonderful private Incline beaches as well as an outdoor pool, 12 tennis courts and a gym.

There is also a recreation center with gym, sauna and Indoor pool in Incline that can be used in both the winter and summer.
