Noises Off at SF Playhouse - Wednesday, April 12, 7pm

Item Number: 250
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Join alum parent/trustee, Kate Hanson, and Jim Schmidt for cocktails, light bites, and a night of theatre at SF Playhouse for their production of "Noises Off" on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 6 PM.
Called the funniest farce ever written, Noises Off is the most dexterously realized comedy about putting on a comedy. A rollicking backstage farce about a second-rate theatrical troupe, the hilarity combines slapstick, a British sex comedy, and non-stop humor from a manic menagerie of itinerant actors rehearsing a flop called Nothing On. Doors slamming, on- and off-stage intrigue, and an errant herring all figure in the plot of this uproarious and classically comic play.
Folks can join anytime after 6pm for cocktails and finger food at the venue and the show starts at 7pm. All guests will be entered into a raffle and one lucky person will win a free flexpass to see other shows at SF Playhouse! Plus there will be a special prize for those guests who correctly guess which role that Mr. Schmidt played in his high school production of this play in the late 80s...
