Let Chef Antea von Henneberg (mom of West Middleton, 7th) make life easy for you! 

From a family meal so that you can relax over dinner time with your kids, to a casual party celebrating a special event, to a formal dinner party, Antea will customize a menu just for you! Four courses – Persian, French, American, anything! – will be delivered fully prepared in Antea’s pots and pans with instructions for stress-free reheating and serving. 

Her entrees could include dishes such as: broiled salmon with a wasabi maple syrup and Dijon mustard glaze served with a basmati and wild rice mixture, sautéed snap peas and rainbow chard timbale; or a Moroccan lamb tangine served with stuffed medjool dates and Mediterranean couscous and assortment of spring vegetables; or Cuban pork tenderloin served with black bean Sofrito, baked bananas and rice.

Her salad selection could include an assortment of greens served with homemade vinaigrette, an arugula beet salad, or greens with honey goat cheese and pomegranate seeds. 

And for dessert, you could choose from delicious selections such as Al Forno Blackberry or raspberry crostata served with ice cream, Valrhona chocolate cake or simple flavored homemade ice cream - chocolate, vanilla or berry.
