This Cuvee Reserve is produced by Jean-Francois Garlon from 80 year old vines in Southern Beaujolais. 40% is fermented and aged in barrels. Bright ruby in color, with fresh ripe aromas and flavors of crushed strawberries, cherries and blueberries. Hints of peppercorns and spice. Polished tannins. Mouthwatering. Rich and full. Nicely balanced. Refreshing. Succulent finish and aftertaste. Lovely now, and will age well.
