Treat yourself to some Rest & Relaxation. Enjoy a day pass to Kripalu including R&R retreat yoga classes and educational workshops, use of sauna, fitness room, walking and hiking trails, a buffet lunch and dinner, and other Kripalu amenities.
Day passes may be combined to create a Signature retreat.
