CYBBC offers group personal training for health, body transformation and performance goals. They work with busy people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels; both females and males ranging in ages of 30-60 years old; all with a desire to improve their health, get in the best shape and transform their lives. 

CYBBC’s full service program is not a class you can just show up to, but rather a program with scheduled start and end dates. They teach “do anywhere” workouts, using equipment you bring, in an empowering environment of motivated and nice people. 

They provide a flexible nutrition and cardio plan that changes as you progress, a self-selected strength program that teaches you how to train, so you can do this on your own. CYBB offers built-in accountability, progress tracking and expert coaching to deliver you the fastest, safest and most sustainable results.
