Description
Want to spend some time in scenic Stowe, Vermont? Enjoy a relaxing summer break, leaf-peeping, or even a weekend on the snow this winter. Stowe is a true year-round destination with great food, festivals and other events year-round. With legendary skiing (alpine or nordic) in the winter, acres and acres of scenic forests to explore in the summer and many attractions at the resort, in town and the surrounding area, you'll have to return MANY times to see and do it all.
This voucher will provide a free 2-night stay at our condo for any date where the price is $250 or less (typically any night outside of peak ski season). If you choose to stay during peak time, this voucher will provide UP TO a $250/night discount for 2 consecutive nights. Rates used for calculation are as advertised on our AirBnB listing (
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1626793) at the time you make your reservation. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date the auction ends.
Accommodations are a 3 1/2 floor split-level townhouse condo with front and rear decks, floor-to-ceiling windows and breathtaking mountain views, year-round swimming pool, tennis courts and easy access to all that Stowe has to offer.
At 1400 sqft, it's very spacious, providing 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, galley kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent dining room, and a large living room with multiple seating areas, and a wood-burning fireplace (unlimited dry firewood outside the front door and in the unit).
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen plus two twin loft beds. Additionally, there's a sofabed in the living room and another in the dining area. In total, that's sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people.
The living room sports a large-screen HDTV with cable TV service, surround sound system and DVD player. Free WiFi is available throughout the unit.
All towels and linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

1. Winning bidder may extend their stay by paying the normal rate for additional nights in that time period.
2. Rates may be determined by checking the website rates listed on the calendar in the AirBnB listing.
Requirements:
1. The winning bidder must leave a $350 damage deposit
2. The winning bidder must pay actual cleaning costs to be deducted from the deposit. This typically runs from $50 - $100 depending upon how clean the property is left. (Cleaner charges $25/hour + $25 for laundry).
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FUNDRAISING EVENT AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
All winning bidders will be charged a transaction fee of 10%, not to exceed $25 per item, to cover a portion of the auction & credit card transaction fees.
