Your child and his or her classmates will have a yoga teacher come to their classroom to teach them a series of kiddo-friendly poses and breathing exercises!
Mann Parent Melissa Gragert is a certified yoga instructor and licensed therapist. She has taught yoga for nine years, focusing on yoga as a means to quiet the mind, engage with the body, and focus intention. Our body holds our emotional experiences, and yoga can be a way both physically and spiritually to redefine our relationship with our body and our stories.
