Enjoy a session of full-day Cathedral Studies Camp with Beauvoir Summer!
The sky is the limit when it comes to your child exploring his or her creativity and imagination. Campers will study the Washington National Cathedral, design, and BUILD an 8-foot replica as a group project.
To understand what it takes to envision and build a Beauvoir Summer Cathedral, campers will focus on learning through art projects, games, exploring hidden secrets, hearing thrilling stories and the majestic organ, and learning about the great history and treasures that the Cathedral holds within its stone walls.
Campers will also learn about the bells in the tower, the artists who designed the beautiful stained glass windows, and the stonemasons who carved the terrifying gargoyles.
Special Instructions
Limited to Session Three (July 10 - 21, 2017).
For rising second and third graders only.
May not substitute for any other camp or time period.
