For adults, they offer a wide variety of yoga styles including Anusara, Iyengar, Himalayan, or Kripalu. For Budding Yogis, Circle Yoga has a long history of teaching children. In fact, it is the only yoga studio in D.C. that began as a place dedicated solely to the practice of kids' yoga.
