Father/daughter Mann Chefs Edward and Zoe Cavalcanti will teach other fourth graders how to make a delicious chicken, vegetable, and salad dinner.
Topics will include:
• Essential knife skills;
• Making vegetables (most) everyone can love;
• Chicken 101; and
•Braising techniques;
Course includes lunch. No materials required; all participants will receive resources, and recipes to take home

To be held on Sunday, April 9, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Maximum of six (6) fourth graders.
Parents are welcome--but not required--to attend at no additional charge.
