Experienced yoga teacher and Mann parent Jen Dryer offers three (3) one-hour classes for one to five people at the location of your choice (e.g., your home, Jen’s home, etc.).

This can be adult, family, or kids' yoga classes--or a combination. Yoga experience is not necessary, and the classes can be taught at any level of intensity, from gentle to more vigorous. Mats and props can also be provided.
