Executive/Leadership coaching supports you as a leader in aligning your thinking and actions to achieve the results that you believe are most important to your long-term success--and the success of your organization.

Four (4) hours of Executive/Leadership Coaching will be provided by Thesis LLC coach Roseanna Stanton (Coach), a Georgetown University certified Leadership Coach.

Coaching is highly customized to you (the Client) and may be adapted to support you at any stage of your career and address relevant elements of personal and professional success, including career advancement, job search, work-life integration, etc. Leadership Coaching meets you where you are to develop leadership capabilities, and is suitable for any level of career from CEO to graduating college student.

All Client information will be held in strict confidentiality, including your professional relationship with the Coach.

Roseanna Stanton, Ph.D., is an Executive Coach who will enable you to strengthen your leadership effectiveness. She will work with you to develop effective thought patterns and behaviors that support lasting professional and personal growth and fulfillment.

Roseanna was drawn to Executive Coaching after witnessing the transformative power of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program. In the process of becoming a Certified Leadership Coach, she experienced firsthand the substantial positive change that occurs when we partner with a coach to discover new possibilities that lie beyond old patterns that might be hindering our growth. As an Executive Coach, Roseanna will partner with you in a process of inquiry to discover your most meaningful goals and identify the actions to make them a reality.

Roseanna draws on her rich leadership experience in consulting and as a senior leader in higher education, as well as her accomplishments in strategic planning, marketing, product development, program implementation, research, and team leadership.
