Mann Parent Melissa Gragert is a certified yoga instructor and licensed therapist.  She has taught yoga for nine years, focusing on yoga as a means to quiet the mind, engage with the body, and focus intention.

Our body holds our emotional experiences, and yoga can be a way both physically and spiritually to redefine our relationship with our body and our stories. Melissa has taught everything from restorative classes to very physically demanding classes, and would love to design a class that caters to your particular goals!
