*The child must be enrolled at PVUMC Preschool during the 2017-2018 school year;

*This is only good for one child, it cannot be used by or transferred to other children;

*This can only be used on the actual day(s) the child attends preschool (for example, if they attend T/Th then this can only be used on T/Th);

*This is only valid for the first hour of lunch bunch;

*There is no carryover value, it is only valid for the 2017-2018 school year;

*There is no credit given for days the child does not attend lunch bunch; and

*No cash value
