• Zazzle Gift Certificates may be redeemed by entering the gift certificate number at checkout. The unused balance of each of your Zazzle Gift Certificates will be maintained in your Zazzle Gift Certificate account and can be applied to future purchases of products. You may check the outstanding balance by logging into My Account.


• If your Zazzle Gift Certificate account balance is less than $10, you may request that the balance be paid to you in cash. Zazzle Gift Certificates are not otherwise redeemable for cash except where required by law. You may not return Zazzle Gift Certificates for a refund.


• Zazzle is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Zazzle will issue a replacement gift certificate if Zazzle verifies that the lost or stolen certificate has not been redeemed and the original purchase receipt is presented.
