Inshore Experience

The Nantucket inshore experience, is what Nantucket is known for. Whether targeting Stripers in June inshore, Stripers in the offshore rips in July, Bonito in August, Albies in September, or Bluefish all summer long, we have the most consistent fin fishery in the world. While our bread and butter is the bluefish, we always have a specialty fish to target and are always prepared to throw the fly or a spin rod.

ABOUT CAPTAIN CAM:

Capt. Cam comes to Nantucket Outfitters after nearly 15 years of charter fishing experience on and around Nantucket waters. Like many people, Capt. Cam grew up spending summers on the island with his family. That experience and his love of the outdoors quickly exploded into a passion for Nantucket and the diverse fishing opportunity this area offers. Over the years Cam has always had his hand in the fishing world and has worked for some of the finest fishing companies on Nantucket. He is also a partner in the great tradition of Bill Fisher Tackle.

In his off time Capt. Cam is a sales and rental agent with Great Point Properties. Bill Fisher Outfitters are extremely excited to have Cam on our team. He brings an amazing amount of enthusiasm and fishing knowledge as well as a proven history of fishing success.

For the past eight years, Cam has lived full time on Nantucket with his lovely wife Julie, his three daughters and their dog “Bass.” When not on the water, Cam is very active in Real Estate on Nantucket and is a broker at Great Point Properties.
