Most O Khiar (yogurt with cucumber and mint), Salad Shirazi (tomato, cucumber, shallot, parsley and lime), Roasted Beef Stew with Eggplant (or Chicken), Persian Saffron Rice with crispy potatoes, and for dessert Roulette Cake (Like a log cake with fresh cream and rosewater).
