H2Ocean Restaurant & Raw Bar is located in the heart of Morris County, New Jersey just off of Route 10 and minutes off Route 287 in Cedar Knolls. We proudly opened our doors for business on August 11, 2014 after extensive renovations to what was once Il Giordino Restaurant. The interior experience of H2Ocean is beautiful and sophisticated with just enough whimsy thrown in to make it comfortable and fun.

Dining at H2Ocean:
H2Ocean has a beautiful main dining room, an intimate private loft room "Submarine Room" for up to 30 guests and a banquet room that can accommodate up to 100 guests. H2Ocean can host private parties large or small from business events to personal events. We will work closely with you to ensure that every detail of your event is perfect!

H2Ocean Bar & Lounge:
The H2Ocean bar & lounge is "Off the Hook" with a large bar & raw bar. Enjoy fresh shucked oysters, clams or the H2Ocean shrimp cocktail as you sip on one of our 45 selections of varietal wines by the glass.
