ROSE LEVY BERANBAUM is the award-winning author of nine cookbooks, including The Cake Bible , the International Association of Culinary Professionals Cookbook of the Year for 1988, and Rose's Heavenly Cakes , IACP Cookbook of the Year for 2010.
