Test Your Driving Skills at the TRC Testing Facility

Item Number: 222
Time Left: CLOSED

Description
The lucky winner of this auction package will visit the Transportation Research Center - OSU’s world-class automotive testing facility - for a once-in-a-lifetime class for two drivers.
"Kids-N-Keys Safe Driving Program" teaches drivers better car control and defensive driving techniques. The class is open to teenagers and adults - TRC instructors ride along as the students maneuver through a defined driving course to test your driving skills! This package includes two seats in one group class.
To top off your visit, meet Professional Performance Driver Roger Schroer, who drove the Bullet at 341.4 mph to set the 2016 international land-speed record for an electric car.
The course is conducted most Saturdays; however, winter dates may be cancelled due to weather. The winning bidder must contact TRC to schedule this event. Available class dates are December 3 or December 10, 2016, or a class date may be arranged in 2017.
Plus you will receive a wonderful reminder of your visit - enjoy your framed, signed photographs of the OSU-Venturi Buckeye Bullet, the team and driver.
Transportation Research Center is an independent, nonprofit automotive proving ground located on approximately 4,500 acres of land in East Liberty, Ohio. TRC conducts programs designed to test safety, energy, fuel economy, emissions, durability, noise, crash, crash simulation and performance.
