Description
Develop and strengthen a successful relationship with your dog through humane, effective and fun dog training.
We believe good dog training must be humane, effective, fair and fun. Dog Obedience Group’s (D.O.G) approach to humane training uses positive reinforcement, operant conditioning and clicker training. Our goal in training is to teach owners how to effectively communicate with their dogs. We set everyone up for success building a strong, life long relationship.
Our trainers Wendy DeCarlo-Young, CPDT-KA, Dennis Damon and Sam Young, specialists in behavior and training, offer and supervise our entire training program. D.O.G. offers a variety of training venues from group classes, private in home training, behavior consultations, pre-acquisition counseling, agility, games, tricks and more. Wendy and Dennis are certified evaluators/trainers for the American Kennel Club’s S.T.A.R. Puppy program/testing and the Canine Good Citizen program/testing.
