Join pit master Jared Leonard, Chef and Owner of Rub's Backcountry Smokehouse, on a journey into the delicious world of slow smoked BBQ. 


This live-fire private dining experience puts you right in the middle of the action. Chefs will collaborate on a multi-course, multi-faceted meal – cooked with natural fuel. BBQ Supply Co. is outfitted with an 8,000 pound offset smoker from Texas, an offset finishing pit, and a live-fire brick oven.


The larger pits are used for low n slow smoking/roasting, while the barrel oven reaches temps of 900O to quickly char vegetable dishes, flatbreads, pizzas, steaks & chops.


Meals will include 2-3 proteins, a vegetable dish, and dessert. BYOB.
Look forward to chef collaborations this season - Pitmaster Jared Leonard will be rotating other local talent into 2017 dinners.
