Basket contains: Jalepeno Jelly, Raspberry Jalepeno Jelly, Habanero Gold Jelly, Malbec Inferno Jelly, Pickled Hot Peppers, Pickled Jalepeno Peppers, Dehydrated Jalepeno Peppers, Essential Habanero Hot Sauce, Atomic Habanero Hot Sauce, and Mango and Peach Habanero Hot Sauce. All of the ingredients except the Malbec wine and mangos were grown on a certified organic farm. All of the recipes are made using USDA standards and canning recipes with the proper ph for water bath canning.
