Born in Argentina, executive chef Andres Rodas fel naturally drawn to italian cuisine. He's excited to be the new kid on this Park Slope block, but he's far from new to the industry. Andres is co-owner of Carrol Gardens Fragole (25 points rating in Zagat 2012) Piccoli Risotteria in Prospect Park, and his 20+ years at Cipriani and Bice. He and his team ara going to delight you with dishes that are genuine, tasty, and comforting, yet unique, as Nonna has always made.
