Description
House has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10. Two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. The house is two stories. There is a kitchen, living room, bath, and two bedrooms on the main floor. There are three bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. Located 2 hours from Boston and 1 hour from Manchester airport.
The house has roughly 150 feet of water front and is excellent for swimming. It is a shallow grade out to a dock from which anyone can jump. There are canoes and kayaks. The fishing is also very good wth lake trout, brown trout, and bass.
The second photo was actually taken across the lake and looks at our beach, which is the one farthest to the left.
Near the Rumney climbing area and close to the Presidential range. House is fully winter livable and roughly 1 hour to skiing at Loon, Waterville or Cannon Mtns. The road to the house is plowed all winter.
Guaranteed weeks available include: 7/7/17, 9/15/17, 11/10/17, 12/8/17, 1/19/18, 2/2/18, 4/27/18, 6/15/20. Other weeks may be available. Weeks run Friday at noon to the next Friday.
