Description
1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, sleeps 4, in Waikoloa beach, on the big island of Hawaii, one week stay subject to availability, $100 cleaning fee. Location is the shores at Waikoloa.
Our family just purchased the condo and are now renovating it. When they are done in the next month, it will rent it through the on-site property management.
We want to support the school and are very flexible when someone from Odyssey could use it--this summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break 2018, ect. However, book this quickly before it the calendar fills up!
The condo is approximately 900 square feet. There is a new King size bed in the bedroom and full size Murphy Bed in the living room. It has one full bath with a tub and one half bath. Full kitchen has a new stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It also has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Second floor unit with a huge lanai (balcony). The beach is about a five minute walk from their door. The resort has a pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, fitness center, tennis court and golf course.
Resort is a 30 minute drive North of the airport at Kona, HI.
