Dou Yoga's mission is to create a welcoming space for everyone.  The meaning of  Dou is "way" in Japanese, the way of yoga. We feel that yoga is an essential part of creating a healthy and happy community. The idea of Dou is to welcome those in the neighborhood to develop their practice, understand their mind and body and bring its benefits to everyday living.
