The LEAP is an updated version of XTRACYCLE's flagship product that started the whole cargo bike movement in the US nearly 20 years ago.  This LEAP package includes CarryAll Bags and can be shipped right to the high bidder's house.  We would give them a coupon with a code at the auction that they could then use on our website.  It's meant to be a DIY project, so no dealers need (unlike the full frame bikes).
