Full-bodied and powerful, yet intriguingly smooth our Reserve Cabernet emulates classic Stags Leap District characteristics known as, “the iron fist in the velvet glove!” Since winemaking is 60% the fruit you are working with and 40% the mad scientist in the lab, Steve Reynolds once again wows us with his talents. As if the attention to detail with the wine wasn’t enough , we take it one step further by labeling each bottle of our Reserve with a handpicked white mustard flower from our estate, hand pressed and labeled individually by hand. This wine and everything about it is truly special!
