1 pound of Bayou Bacon
This bacon is coated in a blend of cajun herbs and spices, and smoked with hickory hardwood. A unique flavorful bacon, not spicy hot. A taste of New Orleans at breakfast, lunch or even at dinner. Wrapped around scallops makes a good treat. Make breakfast the very best or enhance any recipe with our gourmet bacon. As with all of Nodine's gourmet bacons, they are precooked to reduce shrinkage and all you have to do is heat to crisp and serve. Overcooking will ruin our good bacons.

8 oz. Beef Summer Sausage
A fully cooked and smoked all beef sausage in a removable fibrous casing. This sausage has a mild flavor with hints of orange zest and lemon. A great compliment to cheese and crackers or served as an appetizer, an hors d'oeuvre, its a popular item.

8 oz. Smoked Pepper Jack Cheese
Pepperjack smoked cheese, a mild cheddar cheese incorporated with chopped jalepeno peppers smoked with hardwoods for a smokey taste that bites back. Different and delicious you'll be glad you tried it.
