One single private Pilates session, one on one with instructor.
Beyond Basics Pilates focuses on good core stabilization in order to decrease the patient’s symptoms and improve posture and body mechanics. Our Pilates Program can improve many musculoskeletal, pre-natal and post-partum conditions, as well as help with general health, fitness and prevention of injuries. For a client with pelvic pain or history of pelvic pain, one must strengthen the core without overuse of the pelvic muscles. In clients with incontinence, we need to train the core muscles while strengthening the pelvic muscles.

Note: Winning pick-up dates and times will be announced on our auction homepage after the auction close. The pick-up location will be at Spruce Street School (PS 397), 12 Spruce Street, NYC 10038. If you would like your item(s) mailed to you, you must notify us by Tuesday March 21st via email to gala@sprucestreetpta.org. Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard sized envelope can be mailed. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after the scheduled pick-up dates. Liquids such as perfume, lotions or food may not be mailed and must be picked up. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during the allotted pick up times and if no mailing is arranged.
