The lucky winner and a group of his or her friends will get to spend an hour or two with George O’Connor.
Q&A with the author! Take a drawing clinic! Have your caricature drawn as your favorite Olympian! Get all your Olympians books autographed! Play Greek mythology trivia! Pin the eye on the Cyclops! Arm-wrestle!
Each child will also receive a personalized, autographed copy of an Olympians book (or other George O’Connor picture book). Actual activities with the author to be worked out between the winner(s) and the author.
George O'Connor is the writer and illustrator of the critically acclaimed, New York Times Best-Selling series Olympians, which re-tells the classic Greek myths in graphic novel format. He is also the author of several children’s picture books, including the New York Times best-selling Kapow, Sally and the Some-Thing, and Uncle Bigfoot.

NOTE: Winning pick-up dates and times will be announced on our auction homepage after the auction close. The pick-up location will be at Spruce Street School (PS 397), 12 Spruce Street, NYC 10038. If you would like your item(s) mailed to you, you must notify us by Tuesday March 21, 2017 via email to gala@sprucestreetpta.org. Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard sized envelope can be mailed. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after the scheduled pick-up dates. Liquids such as perfume, lotions or food may not be mailed and must be picked up. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during the allotted pick up times and if no mailing is arranged.
