A Private Classical Pilates Lesson.
Develop stretch, strength and control through the classic Pilates method at the Pilatium. Creator Joseph Pilates began a revolution in body conditioning. Pilates, a series of exercises focusing on the Powerhouse, is designed to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, buttocks and inner thighs. The result: improved posture and longer, leaner muscles.
Proprietor, Lisa Serradilla, studied under Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates' protege. Ms. Serradilla taught Pilates in the Dance Theatre of Harlem. Her students include great-grandmothers to prima ballerinas.
Two private lessons are ideal for the novice or the hardcore practitioner. Discover this fountain of youth or increase your knowledge of Pilates.

NOTE: Winning pick-up dates and times will be announced on our auction homepage after the auction close. The pick-up location will be at Spruce Street School (PS 397), 12 Spruce Street, NYC 10038. If you would like your item(s) mailed to you, you must notify us by Tuesday March 21, 2017 via email to gala@sprucestreetpta.org. Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard sized envelope can be mailed. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after the scheduled pick-up dates. Liquids such as perfume, lotions or food may not be mailed and must be picked up. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during the allotted pick up times and if no mailing is arranged.
