Voted Best Chef of the year 2013 by Gilles Pudlowski, and awarded a Michelin Star at L’Instant d’Or in Paris, Executive Chef Frederic Duca's main dishes are described as "events ... brought to the pitch of refinement", and a wine list to complement every morsel.
A native of L’Isle –sur-la-Sorge, southwest of Avignon, owner Arnaud Tronche received an engineering degree in Paris, and started his second career 15 years later as a sommelier. While touring vineyards, primarily in France and Corsica, Arnaud was strongly influenced by visits with growers such as Emmanuel Reynaud, Thierry Allemand, Antoine Arena and Matthieu Baudry. Mr. Tronche began working on his dream – a restaurant that would combine fine dining and attentive service with the energy and atmosphere of a wine bar: Racines NY!

If you would like your item(s) mailed to you, you must notify us by Tuesday March 21, 2017 via email to gala@sprucestreetpta.org. Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard sized envelope can be mailed. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after the scheduled pick-up dates. Liquids such as perfume, lotions or food may not be mailed and must be picked up. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during the allotted pick up times and if no mailing is arranged.
