Welcome to the Season

There is a distinct rhythm to our year here at San Francisco Ballet. Each December, we open our War Memorial Opera House season with Nutcracker, the Bay Area’s best-loved holiday tradition. In January, our Opening Night Gala marks the start of our Repertory Season—eight spectacular programs that take the stage between late January and early May. Then, in the summer and fall, we go on tour to the world’s most celebrated dance capitals. Read on to learn more about what’s in store for the 2016–17 Season—and join us, won’t you?
