Yael Shapiro is an Acupuncturist and an Iyengar yoga instructor, combining yoga and alignment with Chinese medicine and other healing modalities to bring balance and equanimity to the body and the mind.

Yael has been teaching Iyengar yoga since 1999 and she Offers small classes with personal attention and emphasis on the details as well as private lessons.

One can choose to have only Acupuncture sessions, only  private yoga lessons or a combination of both.

The treatments and yoga poses are all tailored to the patient's medical needs and physical ability, supports one's emotional state and enhances the spiritual connection.
