The winner of this is entitled to one (1) of the three following packages:

1. Puppy/Kitten wellness package which includes all vaccinations up to 4 months of age, a fecal test for intestinal parasites, all examinations by the doctor, and samples of flea and heartworm preventative

2.Puppy/Kitten spay/neuter package which includes mini blood panel, intravenous catheter and fluids, dedicated monitoring, spay/neuter surgical procedure, and post-operative pain medications. 

3. Adult Dog/Cat annual wellness package which includes full examination by the doctor, any vaccinations due (DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies for a dog or FVRCP, FeLV, and Rabies for a cat), fecal testing for intestinal parasites, and heartworm test (for dogs only).
