"Mokkoji" is a Korean term that means "getting together to have a feast." The menu by adhering to the credo "Keep it simple, keep it fresh."

Menu standbys include beef and chicken shabu shabu, which customers cook themselves in a foamy broth either at their table or at the bar.  With their order comes a veggie platter including a variety of vegetables to add to the broth, as well as udon noodles and tofu branded with the restaurant's name.  Other ingredients vary with the season.
