All ride-along participants must complete a Release of Liability Form, or if under the age of 18 this form must be completed by their parent/guardian. All participants must be a minimum of 12 years of age and each minor must be accompanied by an adult. Date of trip shall be mutually agreed upon by telephoning the Chief's Office.
