We’d like dining at Picante to feel like taking a little trip to Mexico. From our many trips south of the border, we brought back colorful papel picado from Puebla, terra cotta cazuelas from Mexico City, and hand-carved masks from Oaxaca. But what we enjoy returning with the most from Mexico are the recipes and techniques we discover while visiting!
