Description
A series of three sessions to introduce you and some friends to mindfulness meditation. Each session will include introductory instruction for the practice, gentle stretching, a period of guided and silent meditation, and time for questions and debriefing at the end.
Special Instructions
No experience is necessary for these sessions! Sessions are designed for you and up to five additional friends. I will come to your home to conduct each session at agreed upon times that are convenient for you. Each session is approximately 60 minutes in duration (this includes all elements mentioned above). Attendees will need to provide their own cushions, if desired; however, chair/floor seating is totally fine.
