A total of 24 group-mat classes for one person, or 12 classes for two at this Towson studio. Get your partner or best friend to go with you to see how you can feel and look better, improve your posture, and strengthen your core. Please note that each person taking class is required to take an initial 70-minute private instruction session ($140 per person) that is not included in your bid.
