The Starlite Diner, at Belvedere Square, was conceived and designed to attract a wide range of customers, including families, couples, single adults, as well as corporate clients and company happy hours. The unique structure now hosting the diner had once been the former Hess Shoe Store, dating back to the early 1950s. Kuo Pao of PI.KL Design along with the owners' input, played off the fun feel of the existing architecture, with a few updates here and there. The goal was to re-inject a bit more of the mid-century retro flavor but to try and keep things light, fun and approachable. The inviting atmosphere and delicious food, make this a place you'll want to visit time and again.
