'Free Range' is a collection of art photo prints captured by J.B. Shepard, a Baltimore based dog advocate and founder of The Puptrait Studio. The six-piece series details the day-to-day experiences of the stray and collarless dogs that walk the colorful streets of Valparaíso, Chile. Winner will get all six of the 12" x 18" mounted prints.
