Combining cardio, strength training and Pilates, SLT (aka: Strengthen, Lengthen, Tone) is a heart-pumping, calorie-burning, total-body, 50-minute workout that's as fun as it is effective. * Class may be scheduled at any of NYC's five locations. Class must be booked in advance and at an off-peak time of day. Expires January 31, 2017.

NOTE: All items are for pick-up at the Special Music School, 129 West 67th Street. Pick-up dates, within three weeks of the auction closing, will be announced at the end of the auction. Our apologies, but items CANNOT be mailed to recipients, EXCEPT WHEN CLEARED WITH THE SMS AUCTION COMMITTEE. Under certain circumstances, we may, at our discretion, agree to ship items (via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate), but will charge the shipping fee to the winning bidder. Thanks!
