Artillery Ridge Camping Resort and National Riding Stables is located just one mile from the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor's Center. This is in the heart of the battlefield and many of the area museums.

Other amenities include a nice swimming pool and a catch and release fishing pond with paddle boats. For more recreation there is a game room, basketball, volleyball, and horseshoes. There is also a children's playground. During the summer a movie is played nightly in the pavilion.
