This Service includes a 90 minute visit to prepare you and your partner or birth partner for your upcoming birth. This can include anything from creating a birth plan, bodywork, informing and reminding the birth mother of her birthing instincts, home infant preparation, or any other needed services. (Fee for sessions outside of Manhattan)

She loves sharing from these and the many modalities she practices to offer optimal health and healing.
