Conditions & Restrictions:
Winner agrees to sign both Andreea B. Ballen Photography Model Release and Contract. Winner must have availability and be present for both the In-Person Pre-Session Design Consultation & the Portrait Session no later than 4/15/2016 (extended to 5/25 for a WEEKDAY Portrait Session), as well as for the Post-Session Reveal (allowing up to 2-4 weeks post Photographic Session for photographer's Digital Retouching of Art Images captured). All sessions must be coordinated at the availability of photographer. Photography session may only be re-scheduled by Winner only in the event of rain or extreme winds. Value not redeemable for cash. Professional print products and high resolution digital files are available for purchase during the Gallery Reveal & Product Ordering Session only. It is a breach of contract and copyright to alter (including to re-touch, crop or in any way omit watermark) or print low resolution images provided.
