The Roebling Tea Room opened in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2005. 

Located in an old factory loft building, it embraces its history with a modern industrial aesthetic.  As one of Williamsburg's premier New American eateries, the Roebling Tea Room has established itelf as a neighborhood institution over the last decade.
